You've built something real. Now you have to explain it — and that's a separate skill worth practising.

Engineers present their work constantly: to teammates, to teachers, to clients, in interviews. The person who can explain what they built and why usually gets further than the person who built something slightly better in silence.

Good news: you don't need to be a confident speaker. You need a clear structure, which is a thing you can prepare.

Four parts, in this order:

1. What it is — "A personal site about me and my projects." One sentence.
2. Show it — walk through the real thing, don't describe it from memory.
3. One hard part — a problem you hit and how you solved it.
4. What's next — what you'd add with more time.

Point 3 is where you actually impress people. Everyone's site looks fine in a demo. The problem you solved is the evidence you built it yourself.
