When a course purchase can be cancelled, what you get back, and how long the money takes to reach you.

The sections below are the ones this document needs, and the wording under them is being written and reviewed before KAERON accepts live payments. If something here affects a decision you are making today, ask us directly and we will answer in writing.
Changing your mindLink to this section
Being finalised. The window in which a course purchase can be cancelled for a full refund is being confirmed, and will be stated here in days. Until it is published, write to us — we will not hold you to a policy we have not put in writing.
Once you have started the courseLink to this section
Being finalised. What happens after you have opened the course — whether the window above closes, or a refund is pro-rata against the access you have left — is being decided and will be stated here plainly.
If KAERON withdraws a courseLink to this section
If we withdraw a course you have bought, or cannot keep it available for the access period you paid for, that is our failure and not yours — you will not be left out of pocket for access we did not deliver.
Being finalised. Whether that means a full refund or a pro-rata one against the access remaining is being confirmed.
How to request a refundLink to this section
Write to us with the name on the account, the course you bought, and the payment reference from your Razorpay receipt. That is everything we need to find the payment.

How refunds are paidLink to this section
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay. We cannot send a refund to a different card or account — that restriction is Razorpay's, and it exists to prevent fraud.
