The sections below are the ones this document needs, and the wording under them is being written and reviewed before KAERON accepts live payments. If something here affects a decision you are making today, ask us directly and we will answer in writing.
Who these terms are betweenLink to this section
Because every KAERON student is a minor, the contracting party is the parent or guardian who registers and pays, not the student who attends. By enrolling a child you accept these terms on their behalf.

What we provideLink to this section
A cohort-based online programme: live classes on a fixed schedule, self-paced curriculum between them, and mentor feedback on work the student submits.
Being finalised. The number of live sessions, cohort length, class size, and what we do if a session has to be cancelled or a mentor is unavailable are being set out precisely. Ask us and we will confirm the current cohort in writing before you pay.
Enrolment and paymentLink to this section
Access to a course opens as soon as payment is received, and runs for the access period set for that course. Payments are taken through Razorpay; we never see or store your card details.
Cancellations and refunds are covered separately in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Being finalised. Whether a purchase can be moved to a different student, and what happens to access if an account is closed, is being finalised.
Accounts and acceptable useLink to this section
Student accounts are created by KAERON, and the initial password is set by the parent, who remains responsible for keeping it safe. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to your child's account.
Being finalised. Our rules on sharing accounts, recording or redistributing class content, conduct in live classes, and the grounds on which we may suspend access are being written up.
Intellectual propertyLink to this section
The curriculum, lesson materials and class recordings belong to KAERON, and are licensed to an enrolled student for their own learning — not for sharing, resale or republication.
Projects a student builds belong to the student. We may ask permission to show their work; we will not claim ownership of it.
Limitation of liabilityLink to this section
Being finalised. This section is with a legal professional. We would rather leave it blank than copy a limitation clause from another site and have it mean something we did not intend.
Governing lawLink to this section
Being finalised. The governing law and the courts with jurisdiction over any dispute will be named here once our registered entity details are confirmed.
